Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase.
Because our products are digital downloads (WordPress plugins and themes), once a product is delivered or downloaded, it cannot be returned.
However, if you receive a defective or non-functional file, we will issue a replacement or full refund after verification.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved in the following cases:
- The file you downloaded is corrupted or does not work as described.
- You accidentally purchased duplicate products.
- The product has critical technical issues we cannot resolve within 7 days.
Refunds are not granted for:
- Change of mind after download.
- Incompatibility with third-party themes or hosting environments.
- Lack of knowledge on how to use WordPress or install plugins.
How to Request a Refund
Send an email to support@streamkeys.shop with your order ID, purchase date, and a short description of the issue.
We’ll respond within 24–48 hours.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, please:
- Recheck your bank or PayPal account.
- Contact your payment provider — sometimes refunds take a few days to process.
